To kick off the initiative, Net Protections has invested in a third party allotment of new shares by SUPER STUDIO, Inc. (headquartered in Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kohsuke Hayashi; "SUPER STUDIO").
Objectives of the Investment
Net Protections launched NP Atobarai, the first risk-free guaranteed Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service in Japan, and has ever since supported domestic businesses, mainly in the area of e-commerce, in terms of their payment operations. In order to support the further growth of its member stores, Net Protections has been searching for an initiative that would support the inherent growth of partners beyond payments.
Net Protections has collaborated with many partners to date, the capital investment in its partner companies for more versatile enhancement of its value, allows the company to provide even greater support.
As the first step, Net Protections has invested in a third party allotment of new shares issued by SUPER STUDIO, a DtoC total solutions company that provides the e-commerce mission critical system, ecforce, and operates under the mission of maximizing the customer experience for all people involved in services and products.
Starting with this initiative, Net Protections will promote capital investment with partners in various industries, including online shopping cart providers, and maximize the value delivered to member stores and users.
