株式会社ネットプロテクションズ（以下、NP）は、「Zero Distance Excellence（DX） Award 2024」の「Emergent Excellence部門」でアワードを受賞しました。
ZeroDX Awardについて
「ZeroDX Award 2024」は従業員、業務、顧客との間にある距離を取り除くという概念のもと、組織運営の革新を進める企業を評価する賞です。大型家電で15年連続でシェアNo.1のグローバル家電ブランド「ハイアール」、組織の経営改革を専門とするコンサルティング会社「MLab」、及びビジネスリーダーを世界的に評価・発信するThinkers50が運営する「ビジネス エコシステム アライアンス」など、各業界で影響力を持つ団体によって運営されています。今年で8回目の開催となりますが、世界中の企業がノミネートされる中、審査を通過し、優れた組織と認められた企業が受賞します。
NPの受賞理由
ZeroDX Award 2024に約70社の企業がノミネートしている中、NPは伝統的な階層型組織から自律的なティール型組織へと変革を遂げ、社員が自己実現を図りながら高いモチベーションで経営課題に取り組めていること。また、後払い決済サービス（BNPL）業界を牽引するリーディングカンパニーとして評価されました。３つの受賞項目がありますが、組織への改革を続けていく力を持つ企業を評する「Emergent Excellence部門」の項目で受賞いたしました。
表彰式へ参加
2024年9月20日にハイアールの本社がある中国の青島でフォーラムが開催されましたが、その際にZeroDX Award 2024の表彰式もあり、NPも参加いたしました。

参加者の多くはヨーロッパの方々でした。
今後について
今回の受賞を機に、NPは引き続き社員が自らの可能性を最大限に発揮できる環境の提供を目指し、さらなる成長と変革に邁進していてまいります。

About "ZeroDX Award 2024"
The “ZeroDX Award 2024” recognizes companies that drive organizational innovation under the concept of removing barriers between employees, operations, and customers. It is managed by influential organizations such as Haier; Global home appliance company leading the market for 15 consecutive years, MLab; A consulting firm specializing in organizational reform, and the Business Ecosystem Alliance; Organization operated by Thinkers50, which globally ranks and highlights business leaders. Now in its eighth year, the award honors companies that have been nominated from around the world and recognized as outstanding organizations after passing a rigorous evaluation process.
Why NP was awarded
Among approximately 70 nominated companies, NP was praised for its actions for transforming its society from a traditional hierarchical structure to a self-managed teal organization, enabling employees to give business challenges a try with high motivation while pursuing personal growth. Additionally, NP was acknowledged as a leading company driving the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) industry forward. Out of three award categories, NP was awarded the “Emergent Excellence” award, which honors organizations with the capability to continue advancing and improving.
Participation in the ZeroDX 2024 Awards Ceremony
On September 20, 2024, a forum was held at Haier’s headquarters in Qingdao, China, during which the awards ceremony took place. NP was honored to participate in this event.
