ネットプロテクションズ（以下、NP）は、世界最大級の家電メーカー Haier が主催する「ZeroDX Award 2026」において、「ベンチマーク・イノベーター賞」を受賞しました。
2024年の「Emergent Excellence」部門、2025年の「ベンチマーク・イノベーター賞」に続き、3年連続での受賞となります。
「ZeroDX Award 2026」概要
「ZeroDX Award」は、従業員・業務・顧客のあいだにある距離を取り除くという考え方のもと、組織運営の革新を進める企業を評価する賞です。Haier Model Institute、Thinkers50創設者の Stuart Crainer 氏らによる「ビジネス エコシステム アライアンス」、Gary Hamel 氏の「Management Lab」などによって運営されています。
Haier が掲げる経営理念「人単合一（RenDanHeYi）」を体現する企業が表彰されます。「人単」とは、従業員一人ひとりが起業家のように自律して意思決定を行うこと。「合一」とは、その意思決定がユーザー価値の創造に直結することを意味します。
NPは今年も Corporate Rebels からの推薦を受けてノミネートされました。
NPの組織づくり
NPの組織づくりは、「ティール型組織」を基盤としています。管理階層を減らし、社員が自律的に意思決定できる環境を整えることで、プロジェクトの発案から実行までを現場のメンバーが担っています。
また、サービス開発では、社員が直接ユーザーの声を聞き、自分たちで改善のサイクルを回す文化が根付いています。
後払い決済市場をリードし、2021年に東証一部（現・プライム市場）へ上場した背景にも、この自律型組織が大きく寄与しています。
授賞式への参加
2026年9月21日、中国・青島で「第10回 人単合一モデル・リーディングフォーラム」と「第3回 ZeroDX Awards」授賞式が開催され、NPも参加しました。
今年のテーマは「Theory R（Rethink / Restructure / Reinvent）」です。午前のフォーラムでは、Stuart Crainer 氏による Theory R の発表が行われました。
今年は受賞企業も増え、日本からも複数の企業が受賞しました。
これからに向けて
3年連続の受賞は、NPの組織のあり方が国際的に認められ続けていることを示すものですが、私たちにとってはあくまで通過点です。
NPはこれからも、社員一人ひとりが主体的に動き、ユーザーの声を起点に新しい価値を生み出す組織であり続けたいと考えています。「つぎのアタリマエをつくる」というミッションのもと、後払い決済にとどまらず、新たな領域へ挑戦を広げていきます。
Net Protections Inc. Awarded the “ZeroDX Award 2026” for the Third Consecutive Year
We are pleased to announce that Net Protections, Inc. (hereinafter “NP”) has received the “Benchmark Innovator Award” at the ZeroDX Award 2026, hosted by Haier, the world’s largest home appliance manufacturer.
Following the “Emergent Excellence Award” in 2024 and the “Benchmark Innovator Award” in 2025, this marks NP’s third consecutive year of recognition.
About the ZeroDX Award 2026
The ZeroDX Award recognizes companies that drive innovation in organizational management under the concept of eliminating the distance between employees, operations, and customers. It is managed by organizations such as Haier Model Institute, Business Ecosystem Alliance led by Thinkers50 founder Stuart Crainer, and Gary Hamel’s Management Lab.
The award honors companies that embody Haier’s management philosophy of “RenDanHeYi.”
RenDan: Each employee autonomously makes decisions as an entrepreneur.
HeYi: Those decisions are directly connected to creating user value.
This year, NP was once again nominated by Corporate Rebels.
NP’s Organizational Model
NP’s organizational model is built on the principles of a Teal organization, minimizing layers of management hierarchy and fostering an environment where employees can make autonomous decisions. From ideation to execution, projects are led by frontline members.
In service development, employees engage directly with user feedback and drive their own improvement cycles.
This autonomous model has also been a key driver behind NP’s leadership in the BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) market and its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2021.
Participation in the Awards Ceremony
On September 21, 2026, NP attended the 10th RenDanHeYi Model Leading Forum and the 3rd ZeroDX Awards Ceremony, held in Qingdao, China.
Under this year’s theme, “Theory R: Rethink, Restructure, Reinvent,” the morning forum featured the release of Theory R by Stuart Crainer.
The number of award-winning companies grew this year, including several from Japan.
Moving Forward
This third consecutive recognition shows that NP’s organizational model continues to be valued internationally, yet we view it not as an endpoint but as a stepping stone.
NP will continue to foster an environment where each employee acts with initiative and user voices serve as the foundation for creating new value. Guided by our mission to “Create the Next Standard,” we aim to expand our challenges beyond BNPL into new domains.
