Net Protections, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shin Shibata; “Net Protections”)  is pleased to announce the appointment of Yuichi Ejiri, CEO of Axela Partners Inc. and Yokitomo Inc., as a corporate advisor for Net Protections.

Background

As a “Teal organization,” Net Protections aims to achieve employees’ self-actualization and social development. The company has introduced the ”Working Group” system that enables employees to devote 20% of their working hours to do what they are interested in outside of their work. The company also offers the “Cocotte” welfare benefit plan for its employees in Japan, In recent years, the company has continued to make changes to enhance its dynamic work environment, including the introduction of the “Natura” system in 2018 to optimize employee performance and abolish manager positions.

Inspired by the possibilities of Net Protections’s business and the company’s unique organizational philosophy, Mr. Ejiri joins Net Protections as a corporate advisor and is dedicated to accelerating the growth of business operations and organizational development. Leveraging his prior experience of establishing Rakuten Inc.’s overseas branches in Asia and managing local subsidiaries, Mr. Ejiri seeks to contribute to Net Protections’s initiatives to expand its business in Japan, Taiwan and Asia. Furthermore, Mr. Ejiri brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of human resource development to achieve sustainable development of Net Protections’s organizational culture.

Profile of Yuichi Ejiri

Yuichi Ejiri graduated from the Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology and holds a masters degree in philosophy, cosmology and consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Mr. Ejiri has started new businesses in Asia and has managed local subsidiaries at Sumitomo Corporation, Sony Corporation, and Rakuten, Inc.
Since returning to Japan in 2016, Mr. Ejiri has engaged in management advisory services for human resource development.
He is currently the CEO of Axela Partners Inc. and Yokitomo Inc.
