The Group recognizes the importance of building a system that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society. Our risk management committee examines governance and risks related to sustainability in general. It is chaired by the head of the corporate division or a person appointed by the head of the corporate division, and is composed of full-time directors, audit committee members, and executive officers. In addition, as necessary, a company-wide team and outside experts deepen the review to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sustainability measures.
