Background and Purpose of the Business Partnership

 Tama Shinkin Bank has 79 branches, 33,583 business establishments, and a loan balance of JPY 1,194.5 billion, mainly in Tama region, and provides financial services to a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and real estate. (※1) Tama Shinkin Bank, which has a diverse customer base, and Net Protections, which has multiple BNPL services, have come to sign a business partnership to strengthen each other’s business promotion. Business matching for Tama Shinkin Bank’s customers will start in four services: NP Atobarai, BtoC E-Commerce BNPL service; atone, BtoC BNPL service with membership benefits; NP Atobarai air, BtoC BNPL service for day-to-day services; and NP Kakebarai, BNPL service for BtoB.
Tama Shinkin Bank expects to be able to provide management support for its clients with BNPL services, such as improving operational efficiency and sales growth, while Net Protections expects to increase awareness and promote its services. Both companies will continue seeking further collaborative opportunities under the strong partnership.
