Net Protections, Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shin Shibata; “Net Protections”) is pleased to announce the launch of business matching for its BNPL services on February 21, 2023 in partnership with The Ehime Bank, Ltd. (headquartered in Matsuyama City, Ehime; President: Yoshinori Nishikawa; “Ehime Bank”).
Background and purpose of the partnership
With 114 branches, mainly within Ehime, Ehime Bank provides innovative initiatives and various business supports to its customers, fulfilling its role and mission to maintain strong ties with its communities and the region it serves.
This business partnership was formed to enhance the promotion of the respective businesses of Ehime Bank, which has a community-based customer base, and Net Protections, which offers various BNPL services.
Through this partnership, Ehime Bank will begin business matching with four of Net Protections’ services: NP Atobarai, BtoC e-commerce BNPL service; atone, BtoC cardless BNPL service; NP Atobarai air, BtoC BNPL service for on-site services; and NP Kakebarai, BtoB BNPL service.
Ehime Bank expects to streamline operations and increase the sales of its customers with BNPL services, and Net Protections expects to increase the awareness of its BNPL services. Both companies will continue seeking further possibilities for collaboration with this strong partnership.
