Net Protections offers BtoB BNPL payment service, NP Kakebarai, guarantees risk-free transactions and helps reduce complicated payment / billing processes between merchants and their clients through credit screening, issuing invoices, collection, confirmation, and payment reminder. Merchants can digitally transform all of the payment / billing processes, reduce unnecessary operations, and boost productivity with NP Kakebarai. In addition, NP’s sophisticated credit screening system which does not rely on the traditional Credit Bureau, enables it to accurately estimate delinquency risk with high approval rate. It allows merchants to handle SMEs, even individual businesses. Thus, it contributes to merchants’ sales growth and market expansion, also improvement of cash flow for clients for its flexibility of payment deadline. As of 2021, NP Kakebarai has annual transaction of 85 billion JPY, used by more than 410,000 companies, as 1 out of 8 companies in Japan chose NP Kakebarai as a payment method(※1).
Chatwork offers a business chat platform, Chatwork, which has the largest number of users in Japan (※2), and supports companies to achieve business efficiency and improve productivity as a next generation communication tool replacing emails, phone calls, and meetings. Chatwork DX Consultation Desk offers services including Chatwork to help SME clients streamline their operations and drive digital transformation in diverse business aspects.
The business alliance allows Chatwork to support payment / billing operations of SMEs by offering NP Kakebarai through its Chatwork DX Consultation Desk, thereby contributing to their growth of business.
