The update will launch on July 26. 

Overview of the update

Rakuraku B2B is a BtoB ordering system that allows paper-based transactions, currently the norm for wholesale business, to be conducted over the Web. NP Kakebarai handles billing procedures that arise in BtoB transactions, from credit screening to invoicing, payment collection, etc., and guarantees against uncollected payment risk.
Until now, the system connection allowed both services to be integrated to conduct a one-stop procedure including post-order credit screening, invoicing, payment collection, payment checking and confirmation, and payment reminders. 

With this update, companies that use Rakuraku B2B can now perform preorder credit screening of client companies via the Web. With its 99% approval rate (*1), NP Kakebarai handles credit screening, and registered companies can confirm results within three business days. This will allow for speedy, frictionless transactions with new customers and smooth sales activities.

Background of the update 

In a business setting, there is a broad array of procedures required between ordering and billing. This includes pricing management which differs for each client company and order, credit screening, internal communication to reflect order details in billing, reminders for late payments and uncollected payments, and payment collection. According to a Net Protections survey in 2017 (*2), these procedures take up approximately 20 business days of a salesperson’s time each year and impose a significant mental burden. To fundamentally resolve the issue of the salespersons’ time being taken up by order management and billing-related operations, leaving them unable to spend time on what they should be focusing on, we have updated the system connection service. Providing a one-stop procedure from order management to billing and collection will enable salespersons to concentrate on sales activities and customer service, their main areas of focus.
