Takayuki Okada

After completing his master's degree at the University of Tokyo, he began his career in the Fixed Income Division at Morgan Stanley Japan Securities Co., Ltd. (now Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd.) before joining Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd. In the Securities Division, he managed proprietary investments, real estate- and consumer loan-backed financing, and receivables securitization. In the Investment Banking Division, he advised corporate clients on a broad range of financing solutions, including structured finance and related market risk hedging strategies. He joined Net Protections, Inc. in July 2024. In the same month, he was appointed Executive Officer of Net Protections Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for formulating and executing financial strategy and leading IR/SR initiatives. In 2026, he was appointed Director and CFO.
