Reason for introduction
Kyudenko has been promoting productivity improvements and business optimization through digital technologies with the aim of reducing employee workload in response to an increase in projects. Kyudenko is not only focusing on reducing working hours, but also aims to promote diverse work styles and enhance employee engagement, with the broader goal of achieving sustainable growth and contributing to society. As part of these efforts, Kyudenko decided to introduce NP Atobarai air to improve the efficiency of its billing operations. Previously, billing operations, such as issuing paper invoices, confirming payments, and payment reminders for overdue invoices, required considerable time and manual effort. However, by introducing NP Atobarai air, these workflows can now be digitized and automated, significantly reducing administrative burdens.
In addition, NP Atobarai air offers multiple payment options — including convenience store payments, bank transfers, and QR code payments — providing users with greater flexibility and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
How It Changed
Trial operations began in January 2024, during which the high accuracy of the credit assessment and other service functionalities were verified.
The initiative also clearly demonstrated a reduction in employee workload, with staff being relieved from payment follow-up tasks, leading to a notable decrease in psychological burden.
After refining the operational flow over the course of a year, full-scale deployment has now been successfully launched across all 85 sales offices.
This service implementation was supported by JCB Co., Ltd., which has been promoting our services to JCB-affiliated merchants as part of a capital alliance formed in 2021.
