Net Protections, Inc. (“NP”) participated in the Corporate Rebels Summit 2025, held in Barcelona, Spain from November 20–21, 2025. The Summit brought together organizational pioneers from around the world who are redefining work through self-management, teal practices, and other progressive organizational approaches.
Throughout the sessions led by Frederic Laloux, Jos de Blok, and many others, we gained valuable insights into self-managed and decentralized organizational design.
A central message—that self-management is not merely a structure but a mindset grounded in purpose, transparency, and trust—aligned strongly with NP’s long-standing organizational philosophy.
