(headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naomichi Yoshiki; “SBI NEO FINANCIAL SERVICES”), which promotes regional revitalization and supports the introduction of fintech in collaboration with regional financial institutions. Net Protections will contribute to digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises with its BNPL services.
Background and purpose of participation
As rural areas in Japan are faced with dire social issues such as declining birth rate and its aging population, digital technology is essential in order to increase productivity and revitalize the economy.*1
By participating in the SBI DX Database, which is operated in coordination with regional financial institutions, Net Protections will enhance its BNPL service offerings for businesses in each region and support their digital transformation.
The BNPL services to be provided are: NP Kakebarai, BtoB BNPL service that streamlines all the processes for invoice payments; NP Atobarai air, BtoC BNPL service for on-site services; NP Atobarai and atone, BtoC BNPL services.
Providing BNPL services to regional businesses will support the digital transformation of invoicing and payment collection processes and increase sales when establishing or rebuilding e-commerce businesses. Net Protections will contribute to regional revitalization through resolving digital transformation-related issues of businesses in each region and increasing productivity.

What is the SBI DX Database?
The SBI DX Database is a service that leverages the network cultivated by the SBI Group through investments in start-ups and other activities to provide a full lineup of solutions which contribute to digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. This service allows companies to have easier access to optimal DX solutions. Net Protections will work together with partner regional financial institutions to spread its services to regional companies nationwide.
The SBI DX Database currently consists of a total of 50 companies, but the number of services available will be expanded gradually in order to meet further demands.
